Tim Williams is the actor you have probably seen in the Trivago ads.

Williams was charged with DWI in Texas in 2019.

Williams was found unconscious in his running automobile.

Williams successfully completed a pre-trial diversion program.

Williams was able to do this even though he lives in Germany as he was allowed to take similar classes in Germany to fulfill his diversion program requirements.

According to the Harris County District Attorney’s office: “Mr. Williams took his Harris County case seriously by diligently completing programs in his home country that were comparable to our mandatory classes, and even did more than he had to in order to make sure he was complying.”

Jacob Young is a guard on the Rutgers’ basketball team.

In February of 2020, Young was stopped for some minor traffic infractions by Rutgers police.

The police officers began a DUI Investigation which almost always ends in an arrest.

Young was charged with running a stop sign, failing to signal, reckless driving and driving while intoxicated.

Young was sidelined for the upcoming Maryland game.

Young was sentenced to a one game suspension.
